By being a good communicator and developing my pupils by coaching and constructive feedback, we create trust between ourselves.
When I do my preparation, I always make room for an alternative way to teach the lesson, should my students lose focus, or not grasp the information.
Paying attention to detail is extremely important to me, that is why measuring and monitoring performance is crucial, this sets the foundation for improvement.
