A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, but not mandatory.

TEFL/TESOL certification or experience teaching English to speakers of other languages (ESL/EFL) is highly desired.

Native-level or near-native fluency in English is required.

Prior online teaching experience is a plus, but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Enthusiasm for helping students improve their conversational English.
